Under the Sun

Today has been a nice day, and is going to continue to get better...
To start, I went to the beach at the lake with the gal pals, and lay out in the sand. (Covered with neutrogena SPF 55, of course :) The only problem was that my swimsuit, from Old Navy, was a bit big in the top part and kept flopping around when I swam. I tried to make sure there wasn't a peep show off shore! Whenever I get on-pieces from Old Navy, they always seem to be short in the torso. Ever have that problem? I lurve their bikinis, though. Check them out if you haven't already.
At the beach, I also noticed a trend I've been watching out for: metallic swimsuits! I'm not as fond of the gold version because it seems a little bit LOOK AT ME! HEY, OVER HERE! but the silver versions are pretty with all skin tones it seems, and I'd like to try it out sometime. Either with a swimsuit, or a tank- whichever comes on sale first.
And tonight is ROBERT PATTINSON NIGHT. Or Eclipse, whatever you wanna call it. It should be interesting... and how do y'all feel about Kristen Stewart? I know plenty a peebles who think she's entirely annoying, but after seeing her portray Joan Jett in the Runaways, I've had a new-found respect for her. I think it's hilarious that she wears a wig in Eclipse, (because she had a black mullet while filming the Joan Jett bio-drama) and I actually think the wig looks better than her own hair. Maybe that's just me? Nonetheless, I'm still JUMPING at the thought to go to the movies. I haven't gone that in a few months.
Food for thought: Looking for a movie to watch on Netflix? (or get from blockbuster) Rent Surrogates. It's this amazing sci-fi that even I, (romantic drama lover that I am) liked! It makes you think. An awful lot. And no f-bombs, so good family movie night :)
